I met Lana and her ex body-builder femme girlfriend at a winter queer family camp last weekend. They were hilarious and fun to talk with. When I asked if they identified as a butch femme couple, the femme said yes, but wanted me to tell her which one was femme. I think she was afraid I would get it wrong and was relieved when I didn't.
